Can I return my item, even though it’s made to order?

Absolutely you can! The only items exempt from returns is any personalised printed goods & made to measure clothing. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and although everything we sell is handmade and made to order, we always strive to make the customer happy. All we ask is that you make contact with us within 7 days of receiving your item, so we can begin to discuss/arrange an alternative item, or refund. To be eligable for a full refund, we MUST recieve the item within 14 days from you receiving your items.


Do you ever go over your turn-around time?

From time to time, we may do yes. We are only human, and alongside running Pretty Little Missy, one of us is a mum to 2 little girls, and the other is still in a full time employment. HOWEVER, if we notice we’re becoming exceedingly close to your turnaround time, we’ll be sure to be in contact so there’s no nasty surprises regarding your wait time.


What if I like a particular fabric, but want it as a skirt, not a dress?

No problem! Either contact us via the website, or email, or even one of our social media pages with your vision, and as long as we have enough fabric for your design, you can count on us to make you a one off bespoke item for your little lady.


My little girl is 4, but is tall for her age, can you make a dress a little longer?

Of course! That’s the beauty of handmade items, they’re made to measure! Contact us via email, the website or even our social media pages and we’ll certainly make whichever size it is you require.
